1. Who controls the information

2. Information we collect
We collect the name and phone number you provide, verification codes and login security data, appointment and service details, changes and cancellations, appointment-related notes, attendance status, and payments recorded after a service.
3. Purposes of use
We use the information to identify you at login, book and manage appointments, contact you about an appointment, prevent misuse, maintain service history, operate the business, and comply with legal obligations. We will not use your details for marketing without separate consent where required.
4. Providing information
Providing information is voluntary and is not required by law. Without a name and phone number, we cannot send a login code, create a client account, or book and manage an appointment online. You may contact the business directly to ask about an alternative.
5. Service providers and processing countries
Railway provides hosting and backups. The configured data region is: EU West (Amsterdam, Netherlands). TextMe is operated by Matat Technologies Ltd. in Israel and delivers SMS codes. Telegram receives limited operational notifications without phone numbers or internal comments. These providers may use approved subprocessors.
6. Retention and security
Client profiles, appointment details, changes, cancellations and operational notes are kept for up to one year after the appointment or last activity and are then deleted or anonymized. Access-restricted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 additional days and are then removed automatically. A verification code is valid for 10 minutes and is not stored as plain text. Information required by tax or accounting law, or needed for legal proceedings, may be retained longer solely for those purposes.
7. Your rights and identity verification
You may request access, export, correction or, where legally permitted, deletion or anonymization through the contact details in section 1. To prevent disclosure to another person, we normally verify a request using a one-time code sent to the phone number on file. If the number is unavailable, we perform a manual check using appointment details and the minimum additional information necessary. We will not request a copy of an identity document unless no other reasonable and secure verification method is available.

We may update this policy when the service or applicable law changes. The current text and revision date will be published on this page.
